Please help us keep the facility clean and tidy to ensure it remains an inviting option for many years to come. We thank you in advance for complying with the following terms which help maintain this historic building and keep it an affordable option for the Kearney community.

I hereby understand and agree to the following: 

​

• I am responsible for the actions of my guests.

 

• ​I will ensure that my guests and I conduct ourselves in a positive and wholesome manner, refraining from inappropriate and abusive behavior.

​​

• I will NOT allow the use of alcohol and tobacco products within and around the facility.

​

• I will not allow weapons within and around the facility.

​

• I will not use candles (except floating candles) in any area of the facility.

​

• I will not use tape or nails when decorating the facility. 

​​

• I will store tables and chairs that are not being used during my rental in the hall closet across from the bathrooms. 

​

• I will not lean items against the walls that would mark, or damage the surface. 

​​

• I will return all items to their original location.

​

• I will clean and wipe down all surfaces in the community room, kitchen, lounge, entry, and bathrooms.

​

• I will clean and wipe down tables and chairs used in my rental, including seating in the community room, kitchen, and lounge.

​

• I will vacuum the entry and rugs. 

​

• I will sweep the vinyl floors in entry, kitchen, community room, and bathrooms.

​

• I will remove all materials and decorations brought into the facility.

​

• I will remove all personal items from the refrigerator and building.

​

• I will bag all trash and place it in the dumpster in the parking lot behind the building.

​

• I will turn off all lights before leaving the facility and ensure the thermostat is left at 70 degrees.

​​

• I will lock and secure the front door and the back door when I leave.

​​

• I understand that rentals canceled at least 10 calendar days in advance of the event will receive a refund, less $10 to cover credit card and processing fees.  Rentals canceled within 9 calendar days of the event will not receive a refund. I am agreeing to this when accepting this page. ​

• I will pay a $200 minimum fee if walls, property, or the facility is damaged during the use of the facility. Damage in excess of $200 will be billed at actual cost.
