I understand and agree that if I cancel my rental within 9 days of the event, I will not receive a refund.

I understand and agree that my rental must be cancelled at least 10 calendar days in advance of the event to receive a refund, less a $10 processing fee.

I understand and agree that a $10.00 processing fee will be withheld from my refund amount to cover credit card and processing fees.

I understand and agree to pay a $200 minimum fee if walls, property or the facility is damaged during the use of the facility. Damage in excess of $200 will be billed at actual cost.
