Your event must be cancelled at least 10 calendar days in advance to be eligible for a refund, less a $10 processing fee. If you wish to cancel your event, and it is at least 10 calendar days prior to your event, please affirm the information below, and complete the form for processing.

Renter Affirmation

1) I agree and understand that I must cancel at least 10 calendar days in advance of my event to receive a refund.

2) I agree and understand that a $10 processing fee will be withheld from my refund to cover credit card & processing fees.

​

3) I am requesting that you cancel the following event and issue the appropriate refund.

​

If your request is being submitted at least 10 calendar days prior to your event, our bookkeeper will process a refund (less the $10 processing fee) in 7-10 days.
